The cozy boutique hotel near Central Park was an unforgettable experience with top-notch staff, free delicious breakfasts, and a swanky 23rd-floor terrace with amazing city views and delicious evening snacks 🌆. The sun terrace was a nice spot to soak up some rays and relax in between exploring the city. Just had a wee hiccup with a package delivery, but the lovely other manager made up for it with a sincere apology and my missing diaries, so all's well that ends well!

The hotel's location was fantastic for exploring the city, and the staff, especially Vanessa, were incredibly helpful in making dinner reservations. The complimentary evening buffet and drinks were a nice touch. Room cleanliness was good, but some outdated amenities and cleanliness issues in the bathroom were noticeable. Staff were friendly, willing to assist, and efficient.

Liked almost every detail, including location and staff, they were good. Great beds, a seating area, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk in the room. It had a bath in the spacious bathroom.

We liked the hotel and New York City, had 5 amazing days there😃❤

Well, the area was quite poor overall.

Oh my goodness, i can't even begin to tell you how amazing it was to walk from the hotel to time square! the location was a true gem. The breakfast could get a tad monotonous, but the comfortable beds made up for it. One minor hiccup was the mix-up with our room upon arrival, 🙄 but everything else was spot on.

This place is well priced and the staff are highly courteous.

I was met by incredibly helpful and attentive staff at the lobby. The breakfast was above average with lots of delightful options. I appreciated being within a 5-minute walk from the tube.

After a long day of work, I was relieved to have a smooth check-in experience at Westhouse Hotel. The level of service provided by the front desk, particularly Tarik, was exceptional. The hotel's location was also ideal for my business trip, allowing me to easily explore a new area of the city. The room itself was spacious and clean, providing all the necessary amenities for a productive stay. I highly recommend Westhouse Hotel for its excellent service and convenient location in New York.

Had a great stay of my time there, loved location and rooms. I ate at a good restaurant with tasty food.

The location was superb, with easy access to all the main attractions. The happy hour was a standout feature. However, there were minor issues with front desk staff and housekeeping that could be improved upon for a more seamless experience.

It was a very nice stay. Fabulous location and people, I loved it. The hotel was an incredible base for enjoying a nice area, just next door to now home of Stephen Colbert and the subway.

I had a pleasant stay with a breakfast included and loved the location, it was ideal and to travel around Manhattan area through the well placed subway stations in the area.

Luxury at its finest! the amenities provided in this hotel were exceptional and exceeded my expectations. the indoor swimming pool was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. the library and sun terrace were quiet areas to relax in. the bar and lounge area served delicious cocktails and the breakfast was diverse, always freshly prepared, and mouth-watering. the exclusive private facilities made me feel pampered and spoiled.

The hotel's TV room was uninviting and lacked entertainment options. It would have perhaps been better to have a few board games available, or a DVD player for movie nights.

Overall comfortable stay of my time there. I loved location and staff, they were very good! The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.

Location, personnel and cleaning

There is no variety at breakfast, there was never any wifi signal in my room, I had to get another network from a person in the restaurant.

The bonus was standard room decor and relaxing bar. Early check-in, late check-out. Moreover, we parked our car onsite.

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our Christmas vacation memorable. They were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any request. the location was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions and activities. We also loved the complimentary happy hour with delicious drinks and hors d’oeuvres, a great way to relax after a long day of exploring.

One thing that could have been better was the lack of transparency regarding the additional fee for amenities. the heating in our room was not very effective, and we often found ourselves waking up to a colder temperature than desired.

The location is fantastic, in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, close to subway stations and adjacent to the 57th Street subway stop off 7th Avenue. It's the perfect base for exploring all the sightseeing spots in the city. The rooms are well laid out and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff is warm, helpful, and attentive to guests' needs. The breakfast buffet offers a nice variety of choices to start the day.

The cleanliness of the hotel and the quality of the cleaning service could be improved.

The terrace, lobby and bar staff are very attentive and friendly. The breakfast is good, varied and with a lot of stock, the afternoon buffet is good but if you stay many days it can be frighteningly repetitive.

The maids never delivered the right service.

Breakfast is great, the location is ideal, 5 min walk from Central Park and Timesquare.

The sofa bed in the suite's living room is not suitable for large children.

The hotel's location is excellent, being a stone’s throw from Central Park with a subway station nearby, making it easy to travel around. Despite the proximity to the city’s hustle and bustle, a good night’s sleep is guaranteed in a quiet room. In the mornings, the breakfast spread spoils guests for choices with an array of options. The room was quite comfortable, well-kept, and welcoming, according to our experience.

The service at the hotel fell short of our expectations.

In the evening around 9pm, we were disturbed by knock knock at the door followed by attempts to open it... we reported this to the reception desk.

the package of 47$ per day and per person including breakfast, non-alcoholic beverages all day long and brunch between 5pm and 7pm.

Give a price all taxes included because the surprise is there. Compared to the amount of the initial reservation for 2 people, that is 2.324$, we had to pay 470$ of taxes. mandatory.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, with fantastic breakfast options, great staff, and a prime location near all the main sightseeing spots. The hotel was also incredibly clean and had a wide range of facilities, including parking and transportation options. I loved how this hotel was in an area that didn't pose any head bump threat, making it easy to get around this city. Additionally, the hotel was near multiple subways, allowing me to travel quickly and efficiently throughout this city.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Breakfast buffet at the top, access from 5 to 7 pm to "breakfast dinner" and all kinds of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

The door of our room remained open all day after the cleaning, fortunately nothing disappeared, but no commercial gesture was made, which would have been more than appreciated.

The view from the room on a wall, the breakfast is not very varied (no fruits & vegetables except for a few apples and bananas), the bathroom is very small.

The breakfast buffet was disappointing, with limited options and subpar quality. Additionally, despite informing the hotel in advance about my dietary needs, they did not make an effort to provide gluten-free options or accommodate my allergy.

Our stay at Westhouse was incredible! The warm welcome from Ashley Clarkson at the front desk set the tone for the entire stay. The staff went above and beyond, providing us with helpful information and even umbrellas. The rooms, although on the smaller side, were cozy and comfortable. We loved the afternoon snacks and drinks, and the beds were the comfiest we had experienced on our trip. The location was perfect, just a short distance from Central Park and away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square.

My stay at Westhouse Hotel was fantastic. The room was comfortable and impeccably clean, with all the necessary amenities already provided. The breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold dishes, fresh fruit, and good coffee. I also loved how the happy hour was a great chance to unwind with some drinks after a long day. Despite a few minor hiccups, I had an overall enjoyable stay here. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was amazing, and I got extra honey for my sore throat. The staff were accommodating and helpful. Great location near Time Square. a nice experience.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to Central Park and Times Square. The staff, especially Ashley and Katya, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even upgraded my room to a Times Square view for my birthday. The room was spacious and had a great view. The water bottles were replaced daily, which was a nice touch.
